Sometimes, because Globus always try to balance any unbalanced entries, we need to input some entries on one side only (DR or CR) for some adjustments. Purpose : use Data Capture to input an entry with one correct leg (the desired CR or DR impact), and an other leg in a suspense account. This second leg will by deleted under UV.

+ The credit leg on an account type such as “XEU146000001” to delete (if XEU is your local currency). Then, under UV :

> ED FBNK.ACCT.ENT.TODAY DELETE XEU146000001

• Make sure to input an entry on this suspense account in LOCAL currency only. Otherwise, the system will also generate a movement in POSITION, more difficult to modify.
